I am looking for 16 Willits finish washers for the seat attachment screws. Attached is a picture of one. It measures 11/16 dia. with a #10 size screw hole which is counter sunk and the edges are beveled. Thanks, Pete

Never seen these available. If you really want them, you'll probably have to make your own.

They are very easy to make on a metal lathe.

You can start by using a countersink to put the taper on the inside whole while holding in a vise or pair or pliers. Then you use a bolt with a tapered base and bolt the washer against it with a nut smaller than the washer. They simply turn the bolt in a drill and file the outside edge at the correct angle.

That's how I make them.

Thanks all, I ordered a couple of sizes of washers from Jamestown Suppliers and will use Pauls technique to get what I need. Pete
