Runabout

I'm not sure but it look pretty cool. It resembles a Penn Yan that an acquaintance owns...but they all tend to have similar features, at least to my eye.
 
My guess would be a Lakefield Royal Deluxe as shown in the catalog below. You may want to get a copy of the Canadian catalogs from https://www.woodencanoe.org/product...ood-canoe-and-boat-company-catalog-collection to see if you can find a better match. Are there any serial numbers on the inside stem, transom, or transom brace? Good luck,

Benson may be right. Located in Ontario/Quebec makes a Lakefield or Peterborough runabout seem probable.

Another place to ask would be the Antique and Classic Boat Society. They have a very active Toronto chapter that know lots about the powered side of cedar strip watercraft.
