Maybe a weird question

Curious about Wooden Canoes
So I’ve got some West 27 hardener left over; just a few squirts (don’t ask). I’ve also got some Bristolk Finish; the hardener has expired and died but the “Traditional Amber Marine Wood Finish” is still good. Any chance I can Frankenstein the two? Not even sure what the ratios would be.

First, you'd want to mix up some batches with varying ratios, put it on some scrap, and see if which, if any, actually works. But with only a limited quantity of the West 207 left, it might not be worth the time...

Is there even any reason to think they will even talk to each other?

West is an epoxy of some type, the other a urethane varnish, are they even in the same chemical family?

You need to find a chemist to answer these questions.
