Looking for parts & info on sailing rig

Wooden Canoe Maniac
I just picked up a sailing rig for a Penn Yan canoe.

The boom & sprit measure about 116" each, so I calculate it would fit the 45 square foot 'Breeze' rig mentioned in Penn Yan's catalogue.
Here's some other pics:

I'm missing some stuff. Can anyone give me help finding...
* The two rudder pivot brackets - the ones that attach to the canoe itself. It uses 5/16" pins. Note the nifty pin release mechanism built into the upper bracket.
* The front seat must have had a hole for the mast - which is 1 7/8" diameter. Anybody have a bracket to sell?
* And I'll need a seat for the mast - I imagine it's just a block of wood screwed into the keel that has a hole in it that accepts the 7/8" diameter end of the mast. Can anyone provide me with a pic of what one looks like?
* And I need a sail. Anybody have the dimensions?

Am I missing anything else? Like, did it use pulleys?

Original and reproductions of the Old Town styles of this hardware show up on eBay regularly. Robert Ross has some listed currently but they are not inexpensive. There is a full set at http://www.ebay.com/itm/280804291224 and the one at http://www.ebay.com/itm/281452301435 has just the pintles and the gudgeons. I believe that Robert gets them from Bob Lavertue at the Springfield Fan Centerboard Company as listed at http://www.wcha.org/buildsupply/ma.php but I’m not sure.

The mast ring is similar to a bronze flange that may be available from a good plumbing supply company. The new style mast step is shown http://forums.wcha.org/attachment.ph...0&d=1259902378 and the old style is shown at http://dragonflycanoe.com/otacc/ along with many other parts. The catalog page and the dimensions of your spars should be enough information for you or a good sail maker to reproduce one for you. Pulleys are helpful and the information at http://forums.wcha.org/showthread.php?10672 may help you run the lines. Have fun,

Benson
