wood canoe from the late 1970's

The serial number on my canoe is SWE 59467 1075. It came out of new england. My parents bought new I think, but I am unsure of the manufacture of this canoe.

I agree with Dave that you probably have a canoe from the Stowe Canoe Company in Vermont that was shipped in October of 1975.
