I've always wanted a Canoe. When this one was offered to me I jumped at it. It is in poor shape, and I've never attempted this kind of challenge, let along even owning a coanoe. So, what you will see in this video may not be what the pro's consider the right way to do it. Hear goes any way.

What is the tool you are using to cut off the rib ends?

It is a Dremel Multi-Max oscillating tool with an 1 1/4” flush cutting blade. Works great.
