Online Store "Out of Stock"

There are numerous items that are "out of stock" on an ongoing basis.
This Canoe cover is one such example. Canoe Cover - Stretch Canoe Sleeve -Out of Stock
Is there a plan to remove these items, replace them etc?
Are we hopeful that out of print books will be re-printed?

With respect to this cover, I'm actually interested in one but I see that the last update is almost a year ago.
