    Hi All,

We have seen a noticeable increase in the number of canoes and kayaks traveling north this year. We are curious where is everyone going? Does anyone have suggestions for preferred paddling here in Michigan? Are there any places that don't require spotting a vehicle? Lake paddling isn't cutting it.

    Thanks again from a newbie.

Hi Jason, the MI chapter will be in Traverse City Aug 4th for the Boats on the Boardwalk. If you get a chance come on by. We have many members all over MI and including IN and OH. We get together several times a year and will have a fall paddle Sept 28-30 paddling the Au Sable river in Grayling. ( Gates Lodge) We are always looking for new members.

Gary W. The fall paddle will be in your hometown, come join us.
