Hello one and all. Yes another noob to the craft. Have been doing alot of reading and buying books. Almost ready to start my first strip canoe. I will get into the questions some other time. Still picking up tools for now.

Thanks. I am currently in contact with a local lumber yard here to see what types of wood they can get ahold of. Not alot of choices in yards around here.
