This was discussed at https://www.facebook.com/groups/219179608982/ recently with some additional pictures. The conclusion was that it may have been built by Willard Hanmer. Let us know if you can get that confirmed.
It is not built in a traditional Hamner style. The ribs are of bent elm or oak not the traditional cut , two piece ribs of a traditional guideboat. More like a canoe from a boat builder along the St Lawrence..
