    The bark of a "Great Canoe Birch" has been transformed into a watercraft to touch the Northern Waters of Wisconsin.

    De birchbark canoe, She laughs with de loons and reflects de light of de dancing Spirit Warriors

    De birchbark canoe, She says "Boojou Beaver"

    You are an artist, Ferdy: your canoe-- and the photographs you've taken in order to share her beauty here-- are breath-taking.

    Your quill work feather makes me smile because of the way the natural coloring of the quill appears to "shade" the feather and give it depth. Very cool!
