Canoe Stands / sawhorses

I am getting ready to start stripping down an OT and need to build new stands. I have come up with simple designs to complitated ones. I was wondering if anyone would like to share their ideas on their perfect work stands.

I added a 2x4 atop using a 4x4 joist bracket on each end to slip over the top and form a saw horse type stand for when I have the canoe upside down.

It is easy to add a simple frame with a tarp covering for outdoor storage to this type of canoe horse.
Moisture can cause the carpet or canvas to rot and fail as happened during a violent windstorm with one of my canoes stored outside.
A more durable alternative to carpet or canvas suspension is seatbelt webbing.
