Birch Bark canoe in St. Petersburg

In Memoriam
I was recently in St. Petersburg, Russia. I visited a big museum of anthropology just across the river from the Hermitage museum. Inside, I found wonderful exhibits of Eskimo skin kayaks and a birch bark canoe. I'll attach a couple pictures. All the signs and labels on those exhibits were in Russian, so I couldn't translate. The sign on the side of the birch bark indicates it's from the 19th century. My quick scan of The Bark and Skin Boats of North America suggests it may be an Ojibway long-nose canoe.
