Assembly Site Selection Guidelines

    The Assembly Site Selection Guidelines, found at, have been updated. In most cases, capacities have been reduced, as attendance is expected to decrease the further away assembly is held from the geographic center of the membership's disitribution.

    While the 2006 Assembly is going to be held at Paul Smiths College again, the Assembly Committee continues to seek out alternative sites to hold the Assembly in case Paul Smiths should become unavailable in the future. The Committee needs at least 2 years of planning to put on an assembly at a new location.
