16' Old Town double end row boat

Rare 16′ Old Town double end row boat. 1958, wood canvas with sponsons. 2 rowing stations, 2 sets spruce oars. 1 owner ( plus Dads 10 kids). This is not a modified canoe. Extremely stable, fabulous family boat and great for kids, beach picnicking, swimming from.  2 people can sit on gunwales without capsizing.

14'6" Wooden Canoe made at the 1999 WCHA Assembly

Built at the 1999 WCHA Assembly at Paul Smith's College, this beautiful wooden canoe was Dave Yost's #1 design, “Marigold”. Its construction was overseen by Northwoods Canoe Co. It has a classic green canvas with cane seats and varnished ribs.

16' Old Town Wood Canvas Rowing CAnoe

This practical, all-purpose rowing canoe is easy to handle, handsome in appearance, and steady on the water. It has cedar ribs currently covered with red canvas, 2 center seats as well as seats in the bow and stern, a wooden back rest, 2 pairs of oars—two 6 1/2' and two 7 1/2' long.

Restoration project in need of new home

Before the winter sets in and we cannot drive into the house i would like to give away a project that i believe to be a Kennebec canoe (see heart shaped decks) in dire need of help.  See the attached pics.  It was acquired some years ago here in the Waterville, ME area where the Kennebec Canoe Company originated.  A meet up for delivery is possible.&nbsp

I have for sale a 1912 Old Town HW that has been completely restored. The usual woodwork;  some ribs, gunwales, seats as well as canvas, paint and varnish. It is an excellant paddler and I have used it a couple of times on trips to the Adirondacks.
